We strongly recommend it. The Audit is the foundation that everything else is built on. Going straight to implementation without it means we are building without a map, which increases cost, reduces quality, and often means solving the wrong problems. There are rare cases where a client has an extremely specific, well-defined need, in those situations we can discuss the right starting point on the discovery call.

Typically five to ten business days from the initial information-gathering session to the delivery of your written report. We will give you a specific timeline at the start of every engagement.
