The clearest first step · A clear AI strategy: where it pays off, and what to build first

AI Roadmap

A clear AI strategy and a costed plan of where AI will move your numbers, and exactly what to build first.

The AI Roadmap is the strategic thinking most organizations skip and later regret. In a focused engagement we map where AI will create real, measurable value in your operation, rank it by return, and hand you a clear strategy for moving forward, with a costed plan of exactly what to build first. It makes the whole path obvious, and its fee comes straight off that build.

The gap

The most expensive AI decision is building the wrong thing well.

The pressure to "do something with AI" pushes good organizations into pilots that impress in a demo and change nothing in the P&L. Budget and credibility get spent, momentum stalls, and the whole idea starts to feel like hype.

What's missing is rarely ambition or tools. It's a clear, evidence-based view of where AI actually pays off in your specific operation, and the discipline to build that first, before anything else.

Sound familiar?

  • Pressure to act on AI, with no confident view of where to start
  • A fear of committing serious budget to the wrong initiative
  • Competing internal opinions and no way to rank them objectively
  • Past pilots that looked impressive and delivered nothing

What changes

From pressure and guesswork to a clear AI strategy your leadership can back this week.

You finish with a clear, ranked portfolio of where AI will create value across your operation, each opportunity sized for impact, effort and return, and a costed sequence of exactly what to build first.

It is the strategy and costed plan you use to align your leadership, commit budget with confidence, and move, whether you build it with us or take it to anyone. And because its fee credits toward your build, getting the thinking right effectively costs nothing.

The research is blunt: the large majority of enterprise AI pilots deliver no measurable return, and the reason is almost never the technology. It is that organizations build before they understand where value actually sits. The Roadmap exists to put you on the other side of that line.

What you actually walk away with

This is not a maturity survey or a slide deck of generic advice. It is a genuine piece of expert thinking about your specific organization: a clear picture of where you stand, where the real value is hiding, and exactly what to do about it. Most leaders finish it seeing their own operation more clearly than they did going in.

01

A straight diagnosis of where you really stand

Your readiness scored across strategy, data, tools, people, process and governance, with an honest maturity placement against the field. You leave knowing your genuine strengths and the constraints that would quietly sink a build if left unaddressed.

02

The opportunity map, including what you haven't considered

We work through your value chain end to end and surface every place AI can realistically create value today, not just the obvious ones. Clients routinely find the highest-return opportunity is somewhere they'd never have looked.

03

A ranked portfolio, settled with evidence

Every opportunity scored on impact, feasibility, data-readiness and risk, then plotted. The internal debate about what to do first gets resolved by the numbers, not by whoever argues hardest.

04

Your highest-leverage first build, defined

The one or two systems that pay back fastest, specified clearly enough to start building the moment you decide, with the expected outcome and how you'll measure it.

05

Quantified quick wins you can act on now

Two or three high-impact moves you can make immediately, with the time and cost they stand to save, so there is value in your hands before the ink is dry.

06

A data and systems readiness check

Most AI stalls on messy or disconnected information, not on models. We surface exactly what needs tidying or connecting first, so nothing you build is standing on sand.

07

A governance and responsible-use plan

A clear, right-sized view of human-in-the-loop control, data handling and accountability, aligned to recognised standards, so you can scale AI without nasty surprises.

08

A costed, sequenced plan and a leadership walkthrough

What to build and in what order, with expected outcomes and investment, presented to your leadership in plain language so everyone who needs to back it understands and agrees the first move. No fixed-timeline theatre, just a sequence that fits your reality.

09

An honest map of where AI won't help

Just as valuable as where it will. We flag the places AI would be a distraction, a risk, or simply not worth it for you, so you never spend budget or credibility on something that won't move the needle.

How the Roadmap runs

  1. 01

    Immerse

A focused working session with you and the right people, led by the people who would build it.

  2. 02

    Investigate

We study your workflows, tools, data and market, and pressure-test where AI genuinely creates value versus where it flatters to deceive.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

Every opportunity is scored and ranked, so the strategy is driven by return, not by whatever is fashionable.

  4. 04

    Present

You receive the costed plan and a leadership walkthrough. If it becomes a build, its fee comes straight off.

How we settle the priorities

Every opportunity plotted by impact and feasibility. The quick wins get built first; the big bets are sequenced deliberately.

IMPACTFEASIBILITY →Quick winsBig bets
01

Immerse

Interviews with your economic buyer, functional champions and front-line users; workflow walk-throughs; a data and tool inventory. We learn the job to be done before we mention a tool.

02

Diagnose

A readiness scorecard across six dimensions (strategy, data, tools, people, process, governance) and a maturity placement. An honest baseline that surfaces the constraints that would otherwise sink a build.

03

Map opportunities

We decompose your value chain and, for every workflow, ask where AI can realistically help today and what job it gets done. A long-list, grounded in your operation.

04

Prioritise

Each opportunity is scored on impact, feasibility, data-readiness and risk, then plotted: quick wins to build now, big bets to sequence, and what to avoid. Opinion settled with evidence.

05

Sequence & business-case

The winners become a costed, sequenced plan, each with an owner, an expected outcome and a clear measure of the value it should create. A sequence that fits your reality, not a fixed-timeline promise.

06

Govern & adopt

A human-in-the-loop policy, data-handling plan, and a change-and-adoption outline, so the plan is executable, not just admirable.

07

Executive walkthrough

We present the findings to your leadership in plain language and agree the first build. If it becomes a build, this fee credits toward it.

Investment

From $7,000

approx. £5,500 / AED 26,000 · scoped to your organization · fully creditable toward your build

A fixed fee that pays for itself.

The fee is fixed up front and scoped to your organization's size and complexity. Whatever you invest is credited in full toward your AI Systems Build, so getting the thinking right effectively costs nothing when you go ahead.

Book a Strategy Call

AI Roadmap, questions answered.

No, and we've deliberately built it not to be. It is focused, costed and action-oriented: a ranked plan and a defined first build, not a forty-page maturity essay. The value is the expert judgement about your specific operation, the part almost everyone skips, and it is designed to be executed within weeks.

Not at all. The plan is yours to keep and act on however you choose, and it is written so any competent team could execute it. Most clients do choose to build with us because we already understand their operation, but there is no obligation and no lock-in.

Whatever you pay for the Roadmap is deducted, in full, from the price of your AI Systems Build. So the thinking effectively becomes free the moment you decide to build, which removes any risk in starting here.

Typically one to three weeks depending on your size and complexity, and very little of your team's time, usually one working session and a few follow-up questions. We do the heavy lifting so your people keep running the organization.

Not in the slightest. You bring deep knowledge of your organization; we bring the AI expertise and translate between the two. Most of the leaders we work with have no technical background, and the plan is written to be understood by decision-makers, not engineers.

Not sure this is the right fit? Let's work it out together.
